Customers who purchased weighted goods and/or bagged citrus products from Walmart stores in the U.S. or Puerto Rico between Oct. 19, 2018, and Jan. 19, 2024, may be eligible for cash payments.
The amount received depends on the number of items purchased and whether receipts or proof of purchase are provided.
Potential Payouts:
- $10 to $25: For customers without receipts or proof of purchase, based on the number of weighted goods and/or bagged citrus items purchased.
- Up to $500: For customers with receipts or proof of purchase, the amount is based on the total cost of the substantiated items, capped at $500.
How to File a Claim:
The deadline to submit a claim online or via mail is June 5, 2024. The claim form requires personal information and details about the purchases made at Walmart stores.

Approved claimants will receive cash payments via prepaid Mastercard, direct deposit, Zelle transfer, or Venmo transfer.
